These impostors are reportedly requesting fees for arranging meetings with NNPC’s board of directors, executives, and management staff.
Chief Corporate Communications Officer Olufemi Soneye stated these actions are unauthorized and illegal. Foreign investors and international businesses should exercise caution.
“All legitimate engagements with NNPC Limited occur through official channels only,” stated Soneye. “Report any suspicious approaches to the authorities immediately.”
